  • Yes, we assist with negotiating lease terms with landlords through their agent to make sure you get the best possible agreement.

Tenant Qualifications

  • We would love to help everyone find their perfect rental home! However, landlords typically look for tenants with specific qualifications. To increase your chances of securing a rental, be prepared to provide us with photo ID, a job letter, recent pay stubs, references, and have a good credit score. Don't worry, we'll guide you through the process and help you present your best self to potential landlords.

Starting the Search

  • We recommend starting your search no more than two months before your desired move-in date. Most landlords prefer to secure tenants as close to their vacancy date so searching too far in advance might limit your options.

  • Start by completing our Do You Qualify to Rent? quiz. It’s a really quick way to see if you’re ready to move within the next couple of months. If you’re ready, feel free to book a free consultation with one of our Realtors.
